Contribution and Charges

Below is the approved schedule of contributions and charges for 2025. This outlines the maximum costs that may be incurred throughout the coming school year.

Contributions + Charges 2025 – APPROVED

The contribution parents/caregivers are being asked to pay in 2025 has been set at $60.00 per student, which does not exceed the limit set by the School Education Regulations 2000. The voluntary contribution per child ($60.00) equates to the minimal amount of $1.50 per week, over the course of the school year.

Whilst the contribution is voluntary, the quality of our teaching and learning program will be maximised when each family makes its contribution.  Voluntary contributions are used for the direct benefit of all students, and assist with the cost of materials, services and facilities used in our educational programs.

A breakdown of estimated charges for your child’s participation in excursions, incursions and other activities for 2025 has been included in the schedule of Charges.

Important Notes

• Charges must be paid prior to the planned activity. If personal circumstances result in payment difficulties, or if you would like to arrange payment in instalments, please contact the Manager Corporate Services on (08) 9205 5800.
• Charges vary from year to year and also between year levels, depending on the nature and range of activities being offered. The amounts indicated in the schedule represent the maximum cost of scheduled activities during the school year.
• Charges for extra cost optional components only relate to students who participate in individual optional items.  Not all students in each year level participate in all of the itemised activities, e.g. Interschool sporting teams, Instrumental Music School Services (SIM), PEAC etc.
• Statements will be provided throughout the year, and also upon request.

Methods of payment

Payment for school Contributions can be made through the Campion booklist, or from January 2024 by the following methods:

• EFTPOS payment at the office
• BPOINT electronic payment
• Cash can be provided to the office.  (Please endeavour to have the correct money, as we rarely are able to give change)

Payment for most Charges will be requested through the Consent2Go platform when excursions, incursions or other activities are added.

Please note

Payments for the OSHClub Pty Ltd (Outside of School Hours Care service) cannot be accepted by the school.
